Welcome! We do mortgages, we give great advice, and we love what we do. Mortgage financing is my specialty and passion. As an experienced mortgage banker I believe in thinking outside the box. I offer a distinctive perspective on the available loan programs and will always provide ample information for you to make a well informed decision. It is very important to understand that mortgage loan life cycle constantly changes and new guidelines and/or regulations are implemented monthly. That is why it is crucial to work with the individual and company that adopts and implements these changes a step ahead of the industry. Being a direct lender we have in-house processing and in-house underwriting. This gives us the ability to quickly and effectively lend our own funds. In addition, our vast investor relationships grant access to wholesale pricing and enable us to deliver the best rates at the lowest cost.
