With over 19 years of experience in both mortgage banking & brokering, Michael is an expert in residential mortgage financing for all property types, including single & multi-family residences, townhomes, condo’s, co-ops & new construction homes. He has built a solid referral base consisting of not only past clients, but also real estate agents, attorneys, CPA’s, accountants, financial advisors, & developers who are confident that he will go the extra mile & beyond for their clients.

Michael separates himself from the pack with his energetic personality, and warmth, as well as his honest approach on how to help his clients. His true passion is utilizing his vast experiences & skill set, to simplify what is usually an emotional and difficult process for his clients. In doing so, Michael achieves his client’s goals with minimal hassle.

Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. John’s University. He is a member of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, Staten Island Board of Realtors, an Advisory Board Member to the Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund, and is the Past President to the Executive Club of Staten Island.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, and two children.
