Nicholas is academic in approach to an industry that evolves and changes rapidly with new laws and guidelines. He is known to his colleagues for a constant study of industry trends and patterns to bring the most updated, thorough and precise advice. Nicholas also utilizes a robust and diverse network of industry professionals for a continuous exchange of best practices and product knowledge.

Nicholas has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Further studies included equity, real estate, and crypto markets. He is an alumni member of multiple organizations at FAU, including the TAU Sigma Honor Society and the Owls Inc. entrepreneurship club.

Nicholas prides himself on being a consultant to the borrower and getting them properly pre-approved. He gives clients his full undivided attention and walks them through the entire process listening to each of his client’s needs while offering advice and service to help them reach their goals effectively. More than the financing process, Nicholas provides additional resources and referrals to his clients through his extensive network of connections with realtors, appraisers, title companies and insurance experts.
